By booking a guided eBike experience with Whistler1Eb1kes | Ride With Patty guests agree to the following policies and terms to help ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone.
Guest Terms & Conditions Rider Requirements
Riders must be comfortable operating an eBike and able to safely follow guide instructions.
A helmet must be worn at all times while riding.
Closed-toe shoes are required.
Guests should arrive prepared with appropriate clothing, water, and any personal items needed for the ride.
Safety & Participation
Our tours take place on shared trails and pathways in Whistler. Guests are expected to ride responsibly, follow the instructions of their guide, and respect other trail users.
For safety reasons, Ride with Patty | Whistler1Eb1kes reserves the right to refuse or end participation if a guest is unable to safely operate an eBike or follow safety instructions.
Weather & Trail Conditions
Tours operate in a variety of weather conditions. Routes and tour details may be adjusted when necessary due to weather, trail conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Arrival & Booking Information
Guests are responsible for arriving on time at the designated meeting location. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience and may not be eligible for a refund.
All bookings require completion of any required waiver or safety information before participation.
